Thanks all very much! We're blessed to have such beautiful dogs for sure, and I have to give a bunch of credit to their pack leader (my wife). They're pretty obedient to her, which enables us to go on these long, off-leash hikes with five dogs, and have them behave, and often pose, quite well.
As everyone else also said, #1 is outstanding. It almost looks like a painting. I too would clone out the dark branch directly behind the dogs. Thanks for sharing!

These are really nice (and I don't normally look at pet pics). What camera/lens combo were you using?
Thanks. I'm using a Canon 5D Mark III, and most of these were with the Canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS II, with a couple using the Sigma 35 f/1.4.
Truly inspiring work. Strongly agree with JoJo Gunn that you should go to the trouble of real copyrights through the US Copyright office. #1 is money as we used to say.
Thanks for sharing.
We have one golden......there is enough hair on the floor that he should be bald by now....I don't know how your wife keeps up with them, never mind giving them a bath....photos are great!
Number 1 is as good as it gets. All shots are good and interesting but #1 is.... Pure Gold(en).
Keep em coming. You are on to something special with photographing these outtings.
