If it were my photo, I would print it on Kodak Endura paper from a good shop. Just make sure you can proof it with some 8x12s or something. It's a low-key image and you will likely need some levels adjustment to keep the shadows from blocking-up really bad. Endura prints very dense, so they can look dark under normal light. Also Fuji Pearl has a similar quality, but slightly less punch and easier to control shadow detail. Either way paper will have awesome results under the right illumination.
I just started using ProDPI and definitely recommend trying them.
