Calvin, what a wonderful and different take on photographing the natural world I like how you saw these and how they are presented. Very well done
Two truly unique shots acjd! The upright nuthatch is a rare sight but the eagles are too crazy, super congrats on that one! The portrait is tack sharp, an excellent addition to this round
Super set of the giant flying critters BeeBalm I'm having a hard choosing but I'm leaning toward the second for the really cool lighting. You swing that long glass with the best of them, and THAT isn't easy to do
Geez Mitesh, yet another excellent round for you. The Cormie is in a class of its own, that is such a gorgeous shot. I shoot these guys a lot so I have a good feel for the subtle difficulties they present. The others aren't too shabby either Your work has come a long way this year my friend, I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do in the coming year!!
Dave this set is yet again pure gold, wow. Your floral work is amongst the best, I really do look up to your skills. No picks here, they are all truly spectacular, wall hangers all of them
Incredible work Michael, these are some of the classiest and best presented small birds that I have seen. The last it remarkable, these stand alone in their quality
Really cool shot Kevin, well done!!!!!!!!!!
Ha Greg, two people on this forum would toss out a reference to Gregor's work and you, just to up the ante, have posted an example of it! See I'm not a dummy Wow to get the two cheetah side by side like that sure does make an incredible shot! A special shot indeed. The peli neck throw is a classic that I have yet to capture to my satisfaction, that is a shot that really does look deceptively easy but is soooo hard to capture. The last well...... you do have skills your subject matter is a bit suspect! but we sure had fun that day!!!
Another stunning round Don! The polar bear is the definition of a wall hanger!!! To me that's a really interesting shot. I would have been bummed at the time for the light but then again look at the incredible image it produced. Very well seen and expertly executed. The tiger is in a class of its own for difficulty and the rareness of it, wow!!
Birdie your work is remarkable and this set shows why. From the dinner bell responding egret, to the fine hummer to the spectacular drops on the glass in front of the daisy, the display of skills here is awesome. Top notch my friend!!
Your words ring true Eric, when the members of this forum dig, they come up with gold!! Are you sure Mick only has one eye, did you walk around to the other side and have a look Yes 2 was a sight of a lifetime, it was the first time I had a craving for zebra carpaccio! Seriously, the first is a frightening shot, an excellent compostion, the second is technically superb, I KNOW just how superb. The last... well..... that is a bird I have been wanting to get for-freaking-ever but have yet to see. That may have a bit to do with where I normally shoot but never you mind, I'm jealous of it!! Top notch set buddy!!!
More stunning KF's Kenny! You have taken a bird that drives most of us looney and presented it superbly, excellent work
You guys blow me away!!!!
