I took this icy abstract while hiking Joffre Group peaks area in BC. I wouldn't be myself without going inside one of the crevasses at the edge of Anniversary Glacier, to take some photos. This particular crevasse ended with tunnel. In the summer when snow and ice melt, water is rushing down through this tunnel. This photo was taken in mid November. It was too cold for water to flow but ice formations created the illusion of being surrounded by frozen waves.
Single file with Nikon D800 processed mostly in Lightroom.

Thank you everyone. I love exploring glaciers. There is something surreal about them. When I enter crevasse or ice cave I feel like walking to another world. Many of you have seen glacier from outside. The blue colours that you see on the surface are even more intense inside.
JohnC- I walked into the crevasse and the tunnel you see was at the end of it. Crampons, ice axe and experience is required for most of the glacier travel.
Thanks again and enjoy.
