As Kirk stated it is hypnotic! Wonderful, wonderful shot. There is something very satisfying when you achieve what you work so hard for and waiting seven hours is work !

I suspect you have experience similar satisfying moments in your photo ventures....and yes it is very satisfying....many more times I've been skunked but this was one to remember. These cats just have a way to fix you with a stare and just take your breath away.

Super shot Eric!!!! It was well worth the wait to get this series of shots!!
Tim
Hallucinatory effects? Were you guys snacking on some African mushrooms to pass the time, by chance?
Oh my. This is the chit! Oh baby this is a keeper I think........ Hang it in your practice or above my fireplace if it doesn't fit. I promise always salute you for this beauty. If it was above my fireplace that is

As many have already said, well worth the wait! We all know we'd wait as long as it takes to come away with shots like this. Well done!
Thanks so much....too many times there is no payoff at the end of the long wait so it is even better when you get even more than you hoped for. A little luck sprinkled in doesn't hurt one bit

Great set of whiskers Eric (on the leopard) I particularly like the texture on the tree trunk and the fact that the leopard is coming TO you.
Thanks and it is nice coming towards rather than away...and no baiting involved other than asking Tim to put a bare leg on the outside of the vehicle And I agree that those whiskers are pretty neat.

Definitely worth the wait Eric, even if this was the only one you got. A money shot for me

Glad you liked it David...was lucky to get 3 similar images with slightly different poses...but I would have been thrilled had this been the only shot I got after the long wait.
