In out of camera photos there is no vignetting at all with my Summilux 50mm and Biogon 35mm, I added effect with Lightroom. How ever you can't use built in hood with Summilux, with hood you get vignetting in corners... There still no vignetting from filters I used..."

I've owned about a million copies of the Canon 35/2- I know I love that lens, but I'd rather avoid lenses with 1m MFD. I don't want to have to buy a Hawk's adapter.
I really liked both the CV 35/1.4 and M-Rokkor (i've had both CL and CLE versions), they are both such good lenses it is hard to decide.
uhoh7, why don't you expect the 35/2.5 to do well?
2 reasons: It's tiny, and none of the tiny CVs are doing so great. And I don't love the edges on the 5n.

That was Makten, who gave his permission right as soon as I asked. He had thought I'd made a copy of his images. I was in contact with him minutes after he made the post. Once I explained it was a link to his flickr, he said it was fine.
No, I wasn't talking about Martin, I didn't realise that he had complained too. If you go back a few pages, I am sure you will find it. My point is that some people are clearly NOT delighted to have their work referenced like this, in spite of what you wrote. I really think it is disrespectful to just link people's images without asking first.

In Germany Fred Miranda could be sued about this, I don't know what the law says about it in the US.

Please do not embed pictures from me here without permission (link is OK).
Please accept my apology. It will not happen again.
I'm pretty sure these are now down except in your quote.
If anyone sees his wate shots in this thread or any where please let me know.
All my embeds are now posted with advanced permission. This includes from beginning of thread.
Also TY to members for pointing this out, I had missed that post.
I have 13 shooters who have given me permission. 10 of which where in the early pages.

@carstenw
I'm sorry I wish you had PMed me on 3D craft or referenced his post. I totally missed that complaint. Again, all embeds are now under express permission of shooter.
This site has many many shots which are not, I would point out.

Just curious, why would the Lux 50 hood vignette on the A7r, but not on the M240?
Thanks to OP, this thread is such a mess I hope nobody will post anything here anymore...
I really enjoy checking out new pictures, but this should just go away...

So sorry seeing the A7/A7r on so many lenses was not your cup of tea.
Please do not review the thread now to see the new 28 cron shots
All embeds with permission, and any may PM for the list of now nearly 20 shooters who are delighted to have their images here.

Permission or not, I find this habit of reposting images from some other source more than just annoying. If I want to see Flickr images, I'd go to Flickr. I am amazed the moderators of Fred Miranda allow this kind of postings. It not only devaluates the value of this site becoming a threadholder kind of "indexpages" for Flickr or other photoservices, it also is against the traditional culture of this community of creative photographers themselves and not being collectors of images all over the web. I am sorry for the rant but this is one the worst threads of this community lately and I wish people realize what this new trend of recollector thread will do for the future. Legal aspects aside, it's counterproductive for the creative community here. I wish this thread stopped here, or it converts to a more FM user based "native" posting of A7/A7r images.

You are welcome to your opinion. The thread view count would suggest not everyone agrees with you.
No one is forcing you to monitor the thread.
Many are very interested how the A7r works with various RF lenses. Very interested.
Many of these shooters have now joined FM, which I invited them to do when asking permission to embed their photos.
There are many threads here in which I have no interest. Nevertheless I refrain from telling those in the thread that they are not up to my idea of proper behavior--or whatever.
It's not my intention to do anything but share information about what many of are interested in: the first digital FF alternative to Leica ever.
For some reason that is very controversial.
I'd also note that a nearly idenitcal thread at RFF has gained the support of Stephen Gandy, at Cameraquest.

That's surprising to me. Or maybe it isn't -- common sense and legal proceedings do not always coincide but given there's no harm intended the issue here to me seems to be more one of taste and community standards.
Particularly given the intent was not malicious but centred around gaining knowledge and nothing else - I'm finding it hard to imagine anyone being sued for using functionality exposed by Flickr which can, at the Flickr photo owners discretion, be disabled - but wasn't.
