You have to love the dogs. If this is from Kwando Lebala, then it is the same pack I was just photographing. Wonderful. You picked some great lodges in a great country. Nothing else in Africa can quite compare IMO. And every trip is different. Don

Wow! Where was I when this was going on...oh yeah trying to decided if I was a photographer or a filmmaker . Yup we had a great time and I think we have enough material for at least a year or more....
I can't wait to see your stuff, it will probably force me to go back sooner than later. Thanks for the shout out my friend. Welcome home!
Eric
Did you miss me
I don't know where you were but I do know where I was. Wedged between the seats, stuck on the floor

Thought I was going to be first, Tim. I have been back browsing the forum the past couple of weeks and noted your absence. I figured you might be off on your safari. Great first pic, I look forward to more. Did you take your 800?

Hey it's almost winter and look who surfaces Funny I was saying to Eric that you should be popping in sometime soon No I didn't bring the big gun, I mostly used the 500 with and without TCs and the 70-300L. Thanks Doug!!!

Welcome back, Tim! This is a haunting image; these guys look hungry. And wild. Beautiful capture, and I'll look forward to seeing many more from both of you!
Greg
Thanks for the welcome and nice words Greg. These guys look familiar but man oh man are they vicious!!
Sounds like you and Eric had an awesome trip, very glad for you buddy.
Wow... this is a terrific image Tim.
I love the intense stares, clearly they mean serious business... the grouping you captured works so well for me, nice job seeing this one.
Terrific work Tim, and I can't wait to see Botswana through your images.
Nice tight crop on the trio. Left dog appears to be recovering from the chase, while the other two are eagerly anticipating their turn. Image tells a good story.
It's pretty uncommon that a shot with 2-3 animals in it, that aren't directly interacting with each other, works well. Too often, they're distracting or overly crowded.
Hi Tim,
Welcome home to FM
Your pix is amazing
As others have said, it looks staged and my first glimpse looking at it,
says it is the perfect picture for a magazine cover!! Wow!!
