Lenticular - gee you have a fine eye! those Irish shots are bloody terrific. The harbour shot and Cushen (something) stand out. Saw your later post with the trees. Not an Aussie by any chance?
P.S. ah yes, Canberra - explains the talent ;-)
Thanks very much Seth!
yes, it's an old Aussie gumtree (my last post) but 'The Dark Hedges' are ancient beech trees, grown as a fine avenue approach to an 18th Cent staley home now a golfing hotel, even with the weather in Ireland
It's 3am and I'm trying to process some motorcycle shots that I'm supposed to be earning money with - not so sure the way things are panning out. Think my pseudo paid job will be shortlived...
cheers, Dave: 'lenticular' is a sort of regretted reference to gliding nirvana (cumulus lenticularis)
Michiel - your latest French winter post got me navigating to this thread - lovely stuff - I need to go to bed now

I used to have much larger "sensors" in the past (4x5 or 8x12 inches Velvia 50 slides). Now,I think that medium format or larger digital backs is not what I'm looking for.Maybe one fine day.....but lately I increasingly like to try medium format lenses on my current digital "backs",
If you regard not right posting pictures from medium format lenses mounted on A7/R cameras ,just because they were not taken on medium format digital back/cameras,please let me know.
I can stop posting not only to follow some rules, but first of all because I appreciate your point of view.
I dusted off my S2-P and 70mm Summarit this morning, and went for a walk along the beach with Piper (not to be confused with Sand Pipers), always the willing model who is featured in two of these images.
Abandoned dock on Big Redfish Lake, one of our coastal dune lakes.

Michael,
I really like the colors and the lines in your most recent post. Very, very picturesque. That Summarit in the right hands is quite impressive.

I don't mind. It is always interesting to see what Medium format lenses are like.
