Way to luck out, Mathew! I've been to this location more times than I can count and have never seen anything near this good (at least while the lake was thawed)! Really nice image, man.

Thanks Danny, definitely very lucky.. Though with all the lack of luck I'd had my whole trip I feel as though I deserved it! Appreciate the kind words.

I prefer the more subtle colors in the first I would also take a look at the top band of clouds. The red channel seems a little too hot. I would dodge that down a bit. Nice work!

Sweet as usual Matt -- great job with the processing too. I prefer the first to the second here as I think the slightly darker greens in the foreground of the first look a little more natural (they look a little fluorescent to me in the second). I prefer the slightly more subtle colors in the sky of the first also. Cheers buddy.

Thanks Steve the second edit I basically just desaturated the magentas a little, and a little curve work on the red channel only. You're right, it did make the grass quite vibrant.

Much prefer this series in regards to composition. The previous ones were a bit too wide angle. #1 here looks great. I would maybe dial down the saturation on the distant mountain shadows. They are a bit too punchy. At least for web use. Depending on the paper you use it might look great in print as is.
