The end of summer in the British Columbia Coastal Mountains. I was camping near the Ogre Lake after a long off trail hike. My friend was fishing and I was watching the cloudless sunset. When I turned around to get my camera from the tent, I noticed cloud formation developing and moving quickly on the opposite side of horizon. Just when I got ready to shoot light erupted from the mountain.
