So normally I really don't like the cake smash pictures, just because it seems that so many people do it and I never really got the point.
However - I really like what you did here. This set just works. The subtle decorations, the light, the great expressions, the whole story you captured. They way you did this in a story telling fashion -- I get it. #10 seems like a perfect shot to me. It's perfectly composed with the cake all split up, the table tipped over, then you add his expression.
It's not going to change my mind on the other cake smash pictures, but these are fantastic.
