p.1 #1 · Newbie needing help with Baseball Pictures
I am trying to figure out how to improve my picture taking. These images were taken with a Canon EOS 7D and a Canon EF70-200mm 1:2.8L IS USM. I think that I shot at 3.5, AP 800, ISO 1200, AI - Servo AF, Continuous high speed, Auto WB, using a monopod. Any suggestions? I am totaly new at this.

OK, hsf, that's easier. Next time, it would help to add numbers to your shots to make it easier to review and comment. You've also stripped the EXIF data, so you might want to add that back to your post.
Here's a very good summary on how to make the most out of your FM posts:
1: Nice determination on the batter's face. He looks a little soft, though. It almost looks like you've focused on the ball/tee and not the batter.
2: A little sharper than number 1. Both these shots are too loose. All the extra room around the batter adds nothing to the image. "Shoot tight: crop tighter"
3: The catcher isn't as sharp as he could be, plus you've cut off part of his right hand - not good.
4: Nice timing. Not sharp, though. The player in the background takes away from the shot. It's a little too loose, too.
5: This shot is seriously overexposed and again, a little soft. I'd also prefer to see the ball, maybe just coming out of his hand, and it's best to get shots like these with the action coming directly at the camera rather than across the field of view.
6: Nice shot, but too loose. Crop it tighter.
You're shooting baseball with a 70-200 which is pretty short. This means you're gonna have to get very close to the action. Lose the monopod - there's no reason to use a monopod with a lens this short unless you have some sort of physical infirmity. Move around the field, as much as you can while staying in range of your short glass.

When shooting youngsters, get low to the ground to make them appear larger in the image, and read again what dmwierz said. Not sure what rate Continuous HS is on your camera, but using the 1Dm2/4 I find I only use it for taking sequences of pitchers. With the softness, might want to close the aperture down to 4.0 or 4.5 (or maybe do some focus checks on the camera/lens)..
