Okay, a weird combo, but I go back and forth between dance and weddings/e-sessions, so this seems normal to me. Been too busy to post much lately, so here I am. Ballet is the spring performance by the Ballet Chicago, shot with a D4 and 200-400 lens. C&C welcome.
1. It's a 20-sec exposure of the Chicago skyline, f/20, ISO around 160 I think. Four pictures strung together to make one. Then I added the sparkler heart and a wedding couple in a night-time shot. http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3744/8966494518_4f72992b3a_c.jpg

Ron old mate, some beautiful work.
1 is fantastic, if i had to nitpick it it would be that the WB on the couple if a bit on the cool side.
The rest are great as well, 4 and 5 are just brilliant. I just keep going back to 4.
regards
Bud
Thanks, Bud! Appreciate the nit on 1. I was experimenting with the concept and basically just threw them in there. I need to go back and get their color to match now.
I love 4. Normally, I shoot at stage level, but what makes this shot is shooting from a higher angle.

A wonderful set. The 1st one is fantastic...the only nit has been pointed out already.
Thanks, Sunny. That's one reason I like to post here. It's always nice to get the pats on the back, but it's awesome to have such good, discerning eyes giving your shots a good look.
