Here are a series of images taken on transparency material with my Rolleiflex 12/24 3.5 F Zeiss Planar and my Mamiya 7 II cameras.

I met this phenpmenon once, but luckily corrected it when converting Mamiya 50mm f/4.5 ULD.The bright center appeared at all F numbers, all speeds, it made images strangely looked.Ken Rockwell explained it as ..as.. and a inevitable need 350 bucks for center ND filter.I believed him as usual but let myself a try before a giving-up.I changed the helicoid adaptor by another with smaller diametre and the image almost as normal.I cann't explain why, but certaintly lucky with the last try.Writing here for people who may meet that phenomenon when adapting/converting a MF lens.

If you pay for shipping to get the film, shipping to develop and cost to develop. I would guess it is minimum $15 for me if I get a bunch of rolls shipped together. Obviously doing BW at home brings that down, but some like slide film still
I don't know if Walmart takes 120 film, but they do send their film to Dwayne's for processing and you don't pay for postage either way.

Walmart does still take 120 film, and they do a great job of it. 120 film is actually sent to Fuji, not Dwayne's. You can get a roll developed with small prints for ~$2, depending on how many exposures (b&w film and slide film cost more). The only downside is it takes a long time, for me almost a month.
I would never use Walmart for 35mm, since they no longer return your negatives.
I didn't know that they didn't return your negatives for 35 mm. That doesn't make much sense if they have to send you prints back anyway. It only takes about 10 days for me to go through Walmart. Of course I haven't done 120 there or 35 mm in a long time. Sometimes, I just take my 35 mm to Walgreens and save all the postage and get them in an hour or so.
