No direct experience, but Ed Mika (manufacturer of FD mount conversions) has reported that, at least with his FD lenses the 6D has basically the same clearance issues that the 5DII has.
My leitaxed Rokkor clears the 6D mirror at all distances. As do C/Y Zeiss 28 2.8, 50 1.7 and 35-70 with big_is-adapters. Haven't tested the 85 and 135 yet but they should work too.
Sounds promising, I have a 6D on the way and hope my C/Y 2,8/28 will clear the mirror on it, it does not on my 5D MkII. If my EOS converted Rokkor 58/1.2 with sanded down retainer ring clears the mirror on the 6D as well it will be a bonus, but I donīt expect that.

Wayne! Hope youīre well, and yes, itīs been a while. Trying to catch up a little. Hopefully I will be able to share some alt images again soon :-) X100S on the shoulder most days now...
Maybe you should try a MMJ/MMG version of the CY. I have a range of CY's, all MM-versions. Some of them are called "iffy" on pebbleplace but no one hits the mirror on my 5D2 (and no infinity problems). Goes for the MMJ 28/2.8 too.
For the Rokkor I grinded the retainer ring. Superb at infinity but I managed to make a scratch on the rear lens in the process.
6D doesn't have any advantage than 5DII on this I guess. I just tried 21-35mm Leica zoom, and it is still not clear at 21mm end the same as 5DII I tried from previous owner(Leica Zoom).
Just picked up a Rokkor 58/1.4 MC PF today. I'm very good working with my hands and from things I've seen on the net, I should be able to tackle the job of modifying the bayonet to mount on an EF body. How hard is this to do, you guys that have done it, say it is?
