I'm sure that one you remove that PCL-1 clone there will be a 1/4 or 3/8 male stud so then buy a lever QR plate from RRS or Markins or so. Do you require that PCL-1 functionality?

I have a idea, you can buy a lever-release clamp and a sunwayfoto Bi-directional adapter plate GHA-01. Then you can mount the GHA on the bottom of lever clamp, and then mount the combination to your panning clamp. At last, attach your plate to the lever clamp is ok.
Hope this information may help you.

I briefly owned the Sunwayfoto DDH-02 panning clamp (that's my review on Amazon), It's well made but way too small for serious DSLR use. The clamp jaws are barely 23mm, not even an inch. You might want to consider the next larger size:
It has a short screw handle and panning is smooth as silk. Both of these panning clamps work great with Chinese Arca plates (38.5mm) and can top load or slide in. However large plates (39.5mm or larger) like the Camadapter Arca Plus or RRS are too large to top load and only can slide in.
