I dislike that UI paradigm where, as you scroll towards the bottom of the page, the scroll bar suddenly jumps and the page changes and loads more content and becomes twice as long.
I have the paid version so that I can replace photos... but I post so infrequently to flickr these days I'm not sure it matters anymore, and will probably drop down to the free version now.
I like it. It's more akin to viewing my slides on a light table. But there are some features from the old version that I wished was kept or at least, given us the option to customize the page, especially on paid accounts.
I haven't figured out where the exposure information went (ISO, shutter, aperture). I liked having that out in the open, but it seems to be hidden now. Anyone know where it is?

You now have to click on an image and then click on the 3 dots all the way to the right. You'll see all the options, including Exif info.
The new layout look nice, but likely I will switch to free account. I wish I can customize the layout, sequence etc... I actually don't like to see my private sets showing on the stream.
Nobody mentions the updated app? They have updated the mobile app at the same time... I much prefer the new app.
Hate the dumbed-down (but prettier) interface, and the stuff still doesn't work correctly on my Samsung note 10.1 (opening a "big" photo results in a black screen that I can't exit), and the flickr APP doesn't download higher-res photos - in fact, they seem pretty damn low-res.
Canceled my pro account - I guess they make more money off the ads or something, because they gave me absolutely no reason to stay and pay.
Can't tell which photos are hidden, can't see stats, etc unless you click the actual photo. Whoever redesigned this website sucks. Actually, flickr sucks. Screw em, will probably cancel my account.
Shame, though - they're the only site the military can get to (that I know of) for photos besides crappy facebook.
I really like the new look. Frankly, I disliked the old look and navigation method so much that I actively disliked going to Flickr when someone would link there, and would often avoid viewing photos because it was, frankly, a royal pain.
With the new revision, I might actually use some of my account (though not quite sure what for yet). I've been a 'member' for years, but I've never actually put a photo on it, since I hated the old version so much.
^ I agree mostly, I did'nt like the old look either, but it was at least serviceable. This new one is too much the "other way". It's completely stripped of efficiency at anything but looking at a mosaic of photos -- they make using the "other parts" of flickr way too hard to do.
Really, I might just go back to using Smugmug - I'll have to see how it behaves on my tablet, but right now Flickr just isn't doing it. I tried the new English/French site a bunch of people are recommending (I can't even remember its name) but it has problems of its own, and performance is slow. *sigh*
Just from looking at the home page, it kinda looks like they're going the route of the 500px layout or something similar to that. I like the look and the free TB is attractive. Haven't had a chance to look into the specific rules yet....
Are there daily/monthly upload limits?
Major differences between free/pay membership?
I logged into it for the first time in a while today and was surprised (pleasantly)! It's going to take some getting used to, but I like it better already.
Just had my second experience with the new Flickr. I just had to bumble around to get my picture uploaded and to find the URL. Maybe I'll get used to it.
