Hi Photo Friends,
Every morning I make my rounds nurturing my garden with love! I tend to whatever they are asking for! Yes we do talk and I give them whatever they are craving! You have to, so they will in return grow beautiful for you to photograph! I am sure all you "close up flower photographers" know that you may think your flower looks great as you snap your picture BUT then when you come inside and download them on your computer you see flaws! I even find very thin light cob webs. What a disappointment then you are back out again cleaning the flower to hope your next download will be perfect! Flowers are a lot of work to capture perfectly. For instance, I have many Clematis and wouldn't you know every one except the one in my thread so far has a flaw on them. So that's why I decided to include the one Clematis with my Irises!
All my Irises background colors has been changed. Hope you enjoy the colors I selected!
Put your garden clogs on and you can bring your cameras along on my garden tour!

Bearded Iris German Softly
I bought this small Iris recently with only leaves no buds in sight. I learned that Irises will tend to bloom a year after a Spring they are planted. But you can be lucky. So I planted it and gave it lots of fertilizer of course with love! I love flowers that pop with color from a distance! To my surprise I got one bud and here it is! I am in love with the color of this Iris. I am excited to see more of them bloom next Spring!

Wow! Count me impressed BB. I'm not sure if you consider this your niche but you do do this very well
Your nurturing was certainly rewarded!

Eric,
You are so sweet! Photography is my first love. Then when I got the flower garden bug it worked out perfectly having many willingly subjects to photograph I sit back and view my garden like a painting and think of what color and size perennial should be added where to make my garden look prettier! It's so much fun! The only drawback is my mani/pedis don't last for long oh and now I am running out of space! May need to dig up some lawn!
Thanks again!

A very nice set BB. Lovely flowers too. If the first two are the same flower, the white balance is off in one. The purple sheath around the bud in 3 doesn't look natural -is it really purple?? Still a very nice set though, with the last two my picks ~ Ron
