I had shot Mary's senior photos a few months back and knew she would be the PERFECT model for a concept shoot my friend and fellow photographer Jamie Rubeis and I had cooked up. This was my last shoot before going on maternity leave for a few months (it's getting kind of tough to trudge through the sticks in this Arizona heat at 8mo pregnant). I had SO much fun! Sometimes I forget how fun it is to just shoot for myself...no expectations, no pressure, just fun and I get to do what I want. Can't beat that. It's late but I LOVE this session and wanted to get these up before I went to bed.

Gorgeous work Lisa! Couldn't pick a favorite, love all of them especially the ones with the red dress. The black and white conversion in 3 is excellent as well!

This is a really incredibly good set, and what a beautiful model! The only thing that caught my eye (and this is definitely a nit) is the blurred leaves in image 10 in front of her...I guess you were shooting from behind a branch. Still a great shot.

I think what I really love about your work is that you demonstrate, perfectly, how to merge the subject and the setting to produce images that are beautiful from corner-to-corner, right down to the last pixel! Then you apply an adept, post-processing hand, and viola! Magic!

I love everything but the last one, whose composition and style, and her rather severe look, all detract from the end product.
For the others........great concept, super colors and composition, simply wonderful shots of a very pretty model who posed very professionally.
From a vintage perspective, 11 is quite nice, and I also like 2 and 6. If it wasn't for the misplaced belt, I would be very happy to hang 6 on the wall in my house.

Excellent work! the only image i don't like is 5 - combination of the dress and the pose make her look a bit frumpy. The only other thing - I wish she had more then one expression.

She does have different expressions, #7 thru 11, and #17. Just sayin'. But it's no secret that I generally prefer a happy serious look over a big cheezy grin...that's just not my thing.
