Thanks Mike! ..just remember that in most cases where a lawyer (judge) decides a case, it usually starts with the words "It is the OPINION of this court." When lawyers decide botanical issues, there's something amiss in the world. Next thing you know, they'll be telling you, via a politically motived court OPINION, that genetically modified foods that are designed to be doused with poisons are perfectly healthy!
