PS: I know about the bar harbor lighthouse
Monument Cove (great at sunrise), Cadillac Mountain(great sunrise and probably sunset, but only know sunrise), Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse, Hadlock Falls, Schoodic Point, Thunder Hole, Otter Point (great at sunset or sunrise), Jordan Pond... the list goes on.
otter cliffs area in acadia park-there is parking across the street,,there are a few paths to climb down to the shoreline,,i think they call it boulder beach or something like that-I took the path to the right, about 50 feet to the left of parking lot..
jordan pond- from the parking lot,,i took the path to your right when facing the pond, and go all the way to the end before the small bridge that takes you across to the pond
bass light house- get there real early at least an hour before sunset to get your spot!!!
Emmanuel, you have gotten some great ideas above, and I am confident you will get some beautiful shots. Don't overlook the harbor itself, and you might consider boat tours to some of the islands off-shore. Also, tours for puffins or whale-watching should also be good. If you are driving there, you will find many colorful harbor towns all along US 1. Have a great trip.
