When I arrived at the Oceanside Marine Nature Study Area on Saturday it was pouring rain. I knew from the radar that it would soon stop for a while so I pulled up next to one of the feeders by the side of the parking lot and took photos out my window. The feeder is under the trees so the rain is not visible yet my lens barrel and hood got a nice cleaning.

Last shot is a knockout Morris

This one pulled out all the good colors to the max, sweet look and you 'dotted the eye'

#1 and #2 look very menacing

Very different looks to the first two and the last bunch...I agree with Karl that the first two look quite menacing and the last bunch shows off the color quite nicely....well done
