It is funny how sometimes your target images are not always the ones you come home with as your best. This time, I got my target painted bunting though and was very happy with the images I came home with. Bruce
It was a cool mostly cloudy morning when about 100 white Pelicans flew in and gathered into a group scooping up the bate fish. Just as I focused the 800 on them, the clouds broke and one of them took off right towards me.

My second favorite is #1, very cool shot in beautiful light. May I suggest a wider and shorter pano crop that would extend out beyond the Pelis so they're not chopped off.
1. Really cool image and has a very symmetrical look to it w/ the one bird taking off to break it up. really nice capture.
3. what a perfect photo for mother's day. If this were a dog and it's puppy or a cat and it's kitten, people would be telling you how cute it is. I am into reptiles, so i will tell you it's pretty cute!
4. Really not much needs to be said, gorgeous capture of a gorgeous bird. Super sharp with all of the details captured in the feathers.
