All spectacular... the warm/cool contrasts are striking, and your processing is nicely done indeed. I REALLY like the composition of the second - the light and shadow in the foreground is pretty special, and the compositional choices make me want to see more of the scene.
My head tells me #3 is the most complete 'photograph', but my heart tells me the 2nd is the one I most enjoy viewing. Including the moon in the shot just echoes the moonscape feeling I get from Goblin Valley. Nice touch!

Thank you, David. Second is a "mental shot" - something I pre-visualized long ago, and timed my trip to get Moon in this position during sunrise. It's a single frame.

First composition was made on "autopilot" as light was changing so fast there was absolutely no time to think.

The mood of the first grabs me especially.
When the light is right, stop the car and take the best photograph that you can- right NOW!
You did that with #1, and it really paid off. Plus, you got a perfect desert monument in the distance.
Too often, I've just driven along without stopping. And kicked myself while doing so .
