That's a really long tail for such a small bird.
Do you know what species it is, Douglas?
Have you considered cropping down some to tighten the composition?

Thank you for your replies all. -Charlie, I did have a closer cropped version of this, but I kind of liked the space above. The long tail makes me think this is a Melospiza Melodia or commonly a Song Sparrow or perhaps a Chipping Sparrow.
