I have to post two images but one is just for background info for the main shot.
This is my favorite for April because I think it is pretty humorous. The setting is Opening Day for the new stadium and team name for the old SWB Yankees to the SWB RailRiders and my assignment after the 21 people throwing the opening pitch and ceremony was to scoot out to CF to get the Official First Pitch where I would give the card to one of the team brass and they would give to the printer to print souvenirs for everyone leaving the ball park.
The second image shows where we (me and the person from the team) were standing and this was all coordinated with the team officials.
So right after I get the shot I needed, I put my 400 on to get a few of the batter/pitcher. That's when the ump calls time, stops the game and they tell the CF to tell me to leave because I was in the "batters eye" and that is forbidden territory.
This is the look that I get from SWB starting pitcher Vidal Nuno (now with the NY Yankees) as this is happening.
The other person with me who was a VP in the organization looked at each other and just said "WHOOPS".
Here is my favorite. I had a couple I couldn't choose between. I chose this one due to the helpful advice on this forum about cropping tighter that turned my April into a month of some of my best images...this one was the start of that so it won out. Thanks to everyone for your advice during April!

Hello Ladies and gentleman you have taken some fantastic images they put mine to shame . I must try harder I think my school report said that all those years ago.
Not technically the best I've taken but I love it. This is the moment they announced the gym I shoot for won what is essentially the true National Championship for All Star Cheerleading at The Summit. The lady in the back leaning in and crying is the gym owner. In 3+ years shooting this gym I've never seen emotion from her like this shot.
