I saw this picture and I was wondering how it was created. I thought it was shot from moving vehicle with something like 400 zoom but I am interested to hear pros.

photoshop is my guess � radial blur

yes, there is a zoom blur function in photoshop. you can achieve this in camera by zooming while shooting, but would be pretty darn difficult.

You can do it in camera, but it would be pretty damned difficult to get it of that big cat running towards you I would think.

Apply a little radial blur and then use the "History" brush to open up the face area ... easy peasy!
