I struggled to get a decent picture of this active little bird who kept flying back and forth from nest to trees, collecting items to work on the nest.
Not sure if I got a shot I am happy with. Never got as close as I would have liked.
What do you think?

The branch in front is unfortunate. You might try lightening his left leg to better separate it from the background and perhaps a slightly tighter crop.
You might also try cropping from the left to remove some of the branching and darkness and place the bird more at the left 1/3 line. It's a beautiful bird, sometimes you just have to take what you can get.
I haven't even upgraded to PS CS6 because of the terrible price gouging for those of us down-under. I'm even more displeased the the extension of the gouging for the next version!
