Thanks guys - I'm trying to get access to the Skydive Dubai site and runway (right behind the camera in this scene) as they have a runway just off the coast which would be a great vantage point for a view in the other direction.
I shot in RAW, but set manual WB at around 2860K anyway. Each image had 3 exposures (-4, -2 and 0EV).
Each image was then blended using the same settings in Photomatix, and the image was then stitched in PTGui. PTGui allows you to blend multiple exposures while stitching, but you don't have as much control.
Finally, a little Tonal Contrast in Nik Color Efex through Photoshop.
