This is my daughter Georgia. I took this shot today while she was patiently waiting to head to the park. This was shot with my D300 & Sigma 70mm f2.8, which I think I'm officially in love with!
The skin tones are a bit cool to my eye, perhaps there was a blue or green coloured surface reflecting light into her face, or maybe the cool tone is just because she's in the shade

Also, for me, I would reduce the brightness slightly... (just my taste).
I agree on the brightness but the trouble with the WB is that the top of her face is slightly warm whereas the bottom is slightly cool. I think you've struck the right balance here.
