it looks pleasing..i only prefer to see BG face well lit (fill light)..unless it's a split lighting or a silhouette.. it also depends on what you're trying to achieve...

I'm not sure what you've done to it, but personally I think it needs a lot more local contrast (ie the photo needs contrast, but not so much on the couple, they need localised exposure changes) plus a decent chunk of extra saturation.
I don't mean to be harsh, but if I had to guess, this looks like it's straight out of camera, but I think there's a good image within.
Honestly it is flat and lifeless. It needs to be punched up in both color and contrast. Additional editing needs to be done to lighten the faces and bring out the details to correct the lighting that should have been added in the original exposure. It could also use some minor sharpening especially in the facial area. Not a bad shot but as it is I would call it far from finished.
