I am a concert/theatrical photographer.

I often have to shoot in very crappy lighting. I shoot raw with high ISO cameras and am amble to pull lots of detail our of shadows using LR.

I'm not an experienced user of PS. I only use it for touching up eyes and skin for headshots.

Often I have a photograph where the light is good on one person in the frame, but very dark for another person.

I would like to be able to adjust the exposure of those two areas of the frame separately. I would like to do this as a part of my workflow in LR rather than kicking it over to PS.

Does such an add-on for LR exist?

If you already have/use LR, then the adjustment brush in the Develop module may fit your requirements and bump up the exposure in the desired area. I'd suggest trying that before pouring $$ into some sort of plugin

The Graduated Filter (which is right next to the brush Howard mentioned) is also good for those kinds of shots.

Having to shoot action in bad light at extreme ISO I've found Viveza to be invaluable.
