I got mine about two and a half weeks ago, but haven't processed the shots until tonight..
Field tested it nearly day after I got it during one of my usual trips to Hakone-Izu.
Found an abandoned hot springs hotel and took some shots.
Garry: cheers!
Here is another from the same derelict place. I got some nudes in nature with a model morning after, but those are a bit of NFSW. I could of course share if vox populi demands....
Gregg, Thank you! It was a fluke at any rate.. When I was shooting the garden I left lens on MF and then pointing to bucket revealed the reflection of the bush above.
Needless to say, Sigma did a good job...

Might sound as heresy, but some photos look a bit like if they are shot with Leica or modern Zeiss (something between, just bit less than original, but still more than any other ordinary lens). If you get what I mean..
It's not heresy, I agree with you, I shot this event with my leica monochrom w/35 asph along w/5d3 and sigma 35 1.4 and some shots from the siggy, suprisngly had that leica 3d rendering pop to it, but not all of them!
Before the Zeiss 35/1.4 I had the Samyang 35/1.4 which is a very impressive lens too - as is the Sigma with AF and all. I wonder how the Samyang compares to this one.
Lars: much obliged! It's sunrise. I didn't manage to get up as early as I should though...
Johnahill: those are shetland ponies? Cool shots and adorable mini horses )
Rioni: That's some close-up! Nice one!

Just got the lens. A 35mm f/1.4 is so versatile, from moderately wide landscapes with or without a lot of DOF, to subject isolation in a context... a photographer's joy.
Starting to see more shots taken with the lens! Fantastic!
Krossavcheg...nice ocean shot...feel like I'm on the rocks themselves.
Lars...incredible sunflower shots. And your building shots are(should be) posters!
Jonahill...The pony shots have a very nice 3D to them!
Rioini...Brave seagull!!
Blackout... welcome to the Sigmalux thread!! Won't take longs to really like this lens!
