You could always use Bay Photo haha. I actually use Bay all the time, prints are great and pretty reasonable.

Do you want traditional prints or inkjet? Are you more interested in value, or working with the lab to get the perfect exhibition print? Here are a few options:
For inkjet prints, Rob at the Lightroom in Berkeley does really nice work:

For black and white, traditional color, or inkjet, PhotoLab is right next door:

Dickerman Prints in San Francisco does Lightjet and Inkjet:

If you want to print your own, you can rent time on a big Epson or Canon printer at Rayko in SF:
