These are great! I saw David Burdeny's work many years ago and was blown away. Then thought up the idea of doing the same type of work in color with ND filters shooting all the way through the epicenter of sunrise or sunset color. I did quite a few and still do. These are right in those lines. And they soar! Great work. Of course the more strict literalist may not appreciate them as much.

Thank you Mark for the detailed reply. I want to focus more on simplicity this summer. We'll see how that goes

Hey Scott,

Two very cool shots here. I love the color in #1, the composition is fine. But in #2, the composition really rocks. Nice work on it.

I haven't admired a landscape shot like the first one so much in a long, long time. Truly gorgeous, atmospheric, mysterious.
