p.1 #1 · Where to post Price Check?

I'm wanting to get a feel for how much some of the Contax lenses I've recently inherited are worth on the second hand market.

Where's the most appropriate place to post such a request? I don't want to tread on anyone's toes.

You could do a search in the Buy & Sell forum for the lenses you have and see if any have sold recently and what was the asking price. Also you could post your list in the Alternative Gear Forum and ask what people have paid recently.

Have a look at the Lens Price Database, Lens$db, http://tinyurl.com/jcolwell-lensdb. See the CZ.V tab (Contax Zeiss, Voigtlander).

Also log onto Ebay, go to advanced search, type in your search parameters, click on completed listings and hit search. That will tell you what they sold for (or not) on Ebay.
