The shot has enough merits on sheer cuteness and special moments. Unless there is some other significance, I would fix the dark finger.

Hmm, now that is strange. My guess - I was using the clone brush in LR at the end and think it might be an artifact of that. I should have returned to CS6 and done it properly from there. Good eye!
