Does it fit Canon 5D Mark II without grip, EF 70-200 F2.8L IS, 24-70 F2.8 and 2 X 580 EX II?Maybe 3 more PW Flex TT5 too.

No, you need to go to the larger series. Like the 500 series. The 555 interior dimensions are 18 x 6.0 x 10.75" (45.72 x 15.24 x 27.31cm) (WxDxH). The 307 interior dimensions are 13.39 x 5.91 x 8.66" (34 x 15 x 22cm) (WxDxH). That's a height difference of 10.75 versus 8.66.
