Beautiful set. I'm really liking the sky and colors of #1 especially. It seems maybe a bit heavy on the left, but I'm not sure what you could have done about that. I think #4 is my second favorite because of the nice flow it creates from foreground to background.
Scott, another beautiful set of images my favorites are #1 and 2 but #1 really rocks(some pun intended) with the L/E and the color very nice . Regards, Dean
Thank you all very much. What I love about photographing this location is it is always changing. From one day to the next it can be quite different. Varying water levels means rocks that are submerged one day can be exposed the next and vice versa. Waves can create some really neat sand ripples. Only 2 hours away means i can visit it often. Looking forward to going there soon once the ice starts to break up.
Well, the commonality in these images is interesting sky/light/weather. I can always find a great composition, but the variables left to nature don't always comply. Wish I had unworked images like these!
