The Pro-B4 packs and the Pro-B Plus heads only started shipping a few days ago, so it'll probably be a while before anybody can give you any solid impressions.

They have actually been shipping since December. A buddy of mine ordered his B4 and Pro heads + from B&H and got them right after Christmas.
I got the Pro B head Plus, the one 100w modeling lamp and without cooling fan. Lightweight and it appears the new flash tube technology is spot on. Use them with my pro B4...Amazing pack.
