Not yet. PP canceled my dispute because Amex got involved so now Amex is doing the investigation. He sent something to both PP and Amex today. I called PP and they said they couldn't send me his documents he'd faxed to them but she said it was a copy of an email I'd sent him. She read it to me and it was one of them. She wouldn't read me the entire thing but what she did read only makes my case. She said he sent 5 things but only read me part of one.
I called Amex and they said they'd just gotten something from him. She didn't have access to it yet but said I'd be getting a copy of it in the mail.
If people can keep from posting the personal attacks against Greg in this thread it'll have a chance of staying open and I can update it when I have something to update.
Originally, Amex had said it could take up to 60 days for them to do their investigation. Hoping it won't take that long. I'd like it to be over so I can put this behind me and get my money back and buy a different lens that I can actually use

the whole ordeal may take up to 60 days, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's cash back on your account sooner. I've been through it before, just keep the faith.
I think you should have stuck with paypal first and see what their resolution is before resorting to Amex. Paypal is probaly faster to reach their resolution and they may be more experience in this type of deals.

Bypass PayPal (not even a real financial institution) and go directly thru AmExp.
