Like your tres amigos Roberta. The anhinga's feathers always makes me think of a lady wearing a stole (for you younger people....look it up

)...that is one great, inquisitive look on Mrs. C. And I've yet to see a meadlowlark, except Meadowlark Lemon but I guess that doesn't count so I'm getting the vicarious thrill through yours!

The anhinga is extremely nice, Roberta. I like the Black Bellied duck, too. I've not seen one in these parts.

I like no.2 but wondered if a square or even portrait crop would suit it better?

It's funny, I was just going to say that I like #2, but it's because of the current crop. Whereas a tighter crop might make it into a portrait, this one gives more personality in my opinion - it made me laugh, since she just looks like she's peeking in. "Hey guys, what's going on over here?"

Your whistling duck steals the show here. Nice setting with the egret. The focus seems off the eye with the meadowlark unfortunately. Don

Good looking quatro Birdie. Love the egret setting. Very pretty. Cardinal perspective is neat. I like that angle of attack. Well done overall.
