Hello all, I am pretty amateur in photography, been learning more and more everyday and have been shooting for a little over a year now... Was trying some shots out last night on the 6D. Any critique is welcomed! Always room to learn what i can do better.
Thanks!

Nice shots. I am new to this as well but i have been in times square and know that it is difficult to get a good balance between the ambient light and the signs. These were shot at the perfect time and have that nice balance were the signs are not overexposed. Good work.
For my shot, I was hand holding this shot propped on a road divider. I would love to do the shot with a tripod next time, I just hate drawing attention to myself in times square...

thanks same here, tripods are not allowed in ts as far as I know. Who would want to lug one around anyways . Its easier to handhold wide 14mm @f/2.8
LR4. But i just do basic fixes, maybe some cropping, color corrections, adjustments and spot removals. Any sites you know of that I can troll to learn more?
First, consider posting on Critique where you can learn a lot about comp, processing, technical issues and folks love to teach.
Second, I go free first. Check out adobetv: http://tv.adobe.com/show/learn-lightroom-4/
Then search for free LR tutorials. Lots out there. Might be some free tutorials on lynda.com
