I am unsure of what the require setting in some of the steps but I guess I would have to pick what looks good to my eyes on my uncalibrated monitor..
Here is a before and after using your tutorial and Dave's Actions. What do you think?

Great to see you playing with this Quang, it really makes my efforts worth it to see someone playing around with the action. I will say you are on the way to improving your shot, I just think you went a bit too far. Go easy on the sliders, they are very powerful. I'm guessing that you went a bit far with the contrast step and the sharpening. Maybe give it another try with a light touch I would love to see you give this another shot
