I have either reset or lost my password to login here. I had to create a temporary account to be able to ask for help. I do not see anywhere during the login process to request for either user name or password to be sent. I also could not find anywhere under support to send a support request.

Send a PM to Fred, using the "Moderated by:" link at the top right of the page. It might take a while for him to get back to you, but he's pretty good about this kind of stuff. Your title "Help with lost password to login" would be a good subject for the PM. It would probably get his attention.
