Just bought a X100T today and got to shoot a little bit of it until the battery died lol. I love the Classic Chrome and the Monotone Film Emulation the most. For the recommended simulations for portraits it seemed to have smoothed out peoples faces and made them look plastic. Pretty weird to me and i didn't like it. Over all experience so far I love the Jpegs straight out of camera and the look of the camera. I also bought a Fujifilm Instax SP1 and love printing Polaroids directly from the camera. Can't wait to shoot some more with this camera in Hawaii when i go on the 25th.
Also this camera makes me want to just buy a real Leica M6 and use film again. Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing lol. These files do remind me of film, but kinda lacks the organic feel of film. Can't describe it and I think thats what makes film so magical.
The faces do smooth out in JPG over 1600 iso but should be fine up to then.
Also, if you try B+Green setting you get more skin texture. Of course B+R and B+Y will give you less, as a film shooter will know.
