Ian, your B&W-portraiture is excellent. I prefer the light on the last two images over the "strobist"-shots a few pages back. What kind of diffusor did you use for the latest shots, something like a small softbox?
Dylan, love the dynamic framing on your Pow-Wow-picture. Is that a Guinness-can in the hand of the dancer far left? I like your street-shots a lot, so full of life.

It isn't a Guiness, that would be a real surprise. Not many people drink it over here, it's mostly reserved for trendy pubs.
The last one was 1/250th at f4, iso 200. Nothing special. The first two were at 1/1000 but it makes no difference - there wasn't a lot of ambient indoors at night so it was the flash doing all the work.
Aperture f4 seems to give me the same DoF as f11 on my Rolleiflex (80mm lens), which is the look I was going for.
