finishing up sorting images from an OR trip last february. Taken with the x100t.
First is a picture from the middle of PCH, very quiet mid week in winter. The second is from some random beach along the coast, was getting some abstract shots to use as background images and managed to catch a few people headed to the waters edge, really liked how this accidental shot worked out.
I attended a work retreat this week at a lodge out in the country, and had a chance to play with my new-to-me X100T in macro mode.
In one patio area, there were a bunch of these "asps" (stinging caterpillars) hanging around, in all different colors. I grew up knowing about these mean little creatures and experienced a couple of stings, but none of the people I was with had ever seen one.
I know these are not the greatest macro shots, they're hand held and heavily cropped....but I sure like having this camera function.
