wow, if you're way off on batter timing, I'd hate to see when you start nailing it!!! 6 couldn't be any better... 5&7 ftw, 9 is a toss w/o a face especially or a ball. thanks for sharing, we've still got lots of snow where I am sooo jealous!

Only thing that stood out to me was the angles. Is there any possibility of going further down field a tad to get in front of the batters? Just curious as I have never shot Baseball so not sure how the field limitations are for this type of shooting.
Thanks all, well your limited by the field your on and lens. Shooting at high school games more umpires will not let you on the field of play so I am only allowed in certain areas. I was shooting from the dugout and lots of foul room so I wasn't not as close the the base line as most dugouts are.
Baseball is always difficult with faces dur to hats and helmets..I will be shooting NCAA baseball starting this weekend and possibly some Single A baseball, the Yankees team here in Charleston.
