thanks for sharing. have you ever considered doing black and white conversions on some of these? a lot of it gets really monotone because of the whole nature of the environment plus the camouflage making things blend in even more. i think some of these may convert well to black and white, or perhaps shoot with an eye towards making black and white images in these conditions?
anyways just .02 from me... not sure if you have any interest in b&w, but that's where my mind went when i saw these
also, i like that maiden shar photograph. the slight tilt in the horizon, the kind of low contrast in concert with the snow... the whole thing has an almost aged feel to it that i like. it feels like a photo you'd find in your dresser in forty years. in a good way.
